Can exercise help prevent the flu? YES. A great way to stay well is to keep your immune system strong. When you exercise, your white blood cells, the ones that fight infections, travel through your body faster and do their jobs better. Researchers suggest that we should get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day.


At Graviton, we’re always innovating and adding more value to for our members! Today, we’re announcing that travel and at-home workouts are now available in our members app, Chalk It Pro. We have over 100 workouts that require no equipment, body weight only, or minimal equipment. This benefit is exclusive for our members. In the near future, we hope to continue to build out this programming tract with video demos and movement tutorials.
