Who We Hire
Reporting to the Graviton Business Manager, the Pro Coach is a full-time leadership role at Graviton contributing to the company's overall success and strategy.
The Pro Coach is responsible for leading group classes and performing personal training sessions with new and existing clients. In addition, the Pro Coach will complete administrative duties related to member acquisition and service, development of our in-house “train the trainer” program and contribute toward the development of the group class programming.
We seek a coach who can guide and onboard new members into our training program. This position will build and service a stable client roster and support membership retention efforts by completing on-going personal training sessions, digital and in-person coaching touch points.
This position offers the opportunity for full-time employment as well as income and career growth. Our ideal candidate is committed to a professional career in health and fitness coaching. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate with diverse individuals and groups is required.
