For almost two years, Ari Korn has been a familiar face at Graviton, showing up with consistency, strength, and a smile.

Ari’s athletic journey started long before joining us at Graviton. “My biggest athletic accomplishment happened in fifth grade when I set the district record for the 75-yard dash, and ever since I’ve been trying to chase that accomplishment,” she shares with a smile. Fast-forward to adulthood, Ari joined Graviton nine months postpartum after having her son. She knew she needed a space where she could return to fitness with consistency and community.

For Ari, a “good workout” isn’t just about setting a personal record — it’s about leaving with the satisfaction of giving her all. “A good workout is mostly a good feeling when I leave, I feel like I pushed myself as hard as I could, maybe I set a PR, maybe I didn’t, but I know that I did my best and I’m walking out that door feeling pretty tired.” She credits Graviton’s programming and members for making that feeling possible: “Graviton helps me achieve that by setting up really fun workouts where I’m excited to come in and do my best and also bringing great members together so that we can all work out together and push each other a little bit.”

This mindset has fueled some big accomplishments. Earlier this year, Ari earned a spot in the Committed Club by showing up at least 3–4 times a week for six months straight. She also set and crushed a major strength goal: completing 10 pull-ups.

Ari’s motivation extends beyond the gym. As an ultimate frisbee player, she’s focused on staying strong and injury-free for the sport she loves. But the lessons learned at Graviton carry into all aspects of her life. “Something that I learned here at Graviton that applies to my life outside of the gym is just learning that I can really push myself… if it’s a really hard day I know that if I got a hard workout in the morning, I can get through anything.”

Above all, Ari values the people around her. “The biggest benefit to being a member at Graviton is really just being part of this amazing community,” she shares. “The coaches are really awesome and I’ve also made some really great friends that I’m excited to continue to work out together, be gym buddies, and also just show up together. It’s really just the community and the people here that’s really awesome.”
