How Personal Training Can Help You Get More Out of Your Group Fitness Classes

How Personal Training Can Help You Get More Out of Your Group Fitness Classes
Graviton Member Performing Ring Row

Starting a new group fitness training program can be very intimidating. You show up the first day with the best of intentions, but before you know it you're not sure where the equipment is, the coach is shouting out movements you've never heard of or seen and you just feel out of place.

At Graviton, we believe in setting you up for success! Your first-day experience in our fitness programs starts 1 on 1 with you and your coach. Over the years, we've seen firsthand the benefits of starting with one-on-one training before jumping into group fitness classes. While group classes can be fun and motivating, they can also be overwhelming, especially if you're new to working out or have specific needs or limitations. That's why we always start our members with at least a few one-on-one sessions, which we call JumpStart sessions.

During these sessions, we'll work together to assess your fitness level, identify your unique needs, and develop a plan that gets you on the right path. By the time you're ready for group classes, you'll feel confident and comfortable thanks to the foundation we've built together.

Book your free intro session today to learn more about our coaching program and how we can help you achieve your fitness goals.
